Return Policy – Standard Orders
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit for items returned in new, unused condition within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following return handling fees:
- $35 for orders under $1,000
- $100 for orders $1,000 and over
Returns must include all original packaging and documentation.
Please note: Large items may require special consideration and are subject to approval at the sole discretion of Rifle Guru.

Please note that deposits on special order items and rifles are non-refundable. We are committed to fulfilling your order as promptly as possible; however, please understand that fulfillment timelines are ultimately dependent on the manufacturer’s production and shipping schedules, which are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
