Professional Scope Mounting
Precision Starts with the Mount
Proper scope mounting is critical to your precision and accuracy. Does your rifle shoot erratically? Have you noticed inconsistencies from group to group? Does your point of impact shift unexpectedly? These are common issues caused by improper scope mounting. We have mounted hundreds of scopes and corrected just as many improper installations. Using the best equipment, we ensure your scope is perfectly mounted, level, and tracking true. If you need rings or a Picatinny rail, we stock products from Hawkins Precision, Seekins Precision, Vortex Optics, Nightforce Optics, Talley Manufacturing, Leupold and others.
- Lapping is done for all tube sizes, eliminating any stress on the scope body.
- The scope rings and screws are degreased and cleaned to prevent movement from recoil.
- Our mounting process eliminates any torque between the rings and the Picatinny rail.
- The crosshairs are verified as level in the scope for optimal vertical tracking.
- Proper base and ring torque settings are applied per the manufacturer’s recommendation.
- We set the correct eye relief for all power settings.
- The spring tension is relieved from all screws and mounting surfaces, and anti-vibration thread locker is applied.
- We laser bore-sight your rifle to save time when you finalize your zero.

Scope Tracking & Correction Service
Trust Every Click. Confirm Every Adjustment.
One of the most critical tests for any optic is ensuring it tracks true. This means that when you dial elevation—whether for a long-range shot or return to zero—the reticle moves exactly as it should. Every click should translate to the precise adjustment on your turrets.
Our service verifies that your scope’s internal adjustments are accurate and consistent, helping eliminate guesswork and ensuring your optic performs flawlessly in the field or on the range.
By comparing the expected point of impact (based on the scope’s turret adjustments) with the actual point of impact, we calculate a correction factor. This factor is then applied in your ballistic calculator or solver, fine-tuning your data to ensure more accurate and consistent long-range impacts.
Common correction factors for quality long-range optics typically range between 0.98 and 1.01+. Even premium scopes can exhibit slight tracking deviations, making verification and correction essential for consistent long-range accuracy.

Barrel Break-In Service – Precision from the First Shot
Our Barrel Break-In Service is designed for shooters who demand maximum accuracy, consistency, and barrel longevity right from the start. A proper break-in process helps smooth out microscopic imperfections, reduce fouling, and ensure uniform wear across the bore — setting the foundation for long-term performance.
What’s Included:
- Break-In Protocol (40+ Rounds Fired): We follow a disciplined break-in regimen, firing controlled round counts at precise intervals to allow the barrel to heat, cool, and settle naturally.
- Meticulous Cleaning Between Cycles: After a small series of shots, the bore is thoroughly cleaned to remove copper and carbon buildup. This ensures a clean surface for each subsequent round and prevents fouling-induced wear patterns
- Imperfection Removal & Bore Smoothing: The process naturally removes minor tooling marks and inconsistencies, resulting in a smoother bore that improves velocity consistency and ease of cleaning over the barrel’s life.
- Chronograph Testing & Data Logging: Velocity data is collected throughout the break-in to track barrel stabilization. The results help establish a performance baseline and identify potential issues early.
- Final Bore Inspection: The bore is visually and physically inspected after break-in to confirm uniformity, smoothness, and readiness for accurate shooting.
- Zeroing with Break-In Ammunition: Your rifle is precisely zeroed using the same rounds fired during the break-in, saving you time, effort, and cost for subsequent load testing.
